HM King Condemns Iranian Attacks in Call with UAE President

Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a telephone call with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. During the conversation, His Majesty expressed strong condemnation of the Iranian terrorist attacks that targeted civilian sites and facilities in the UAE, describing them as a dangerous escalation threatening regional security and stability, and a flagrant violation of international law and the principles of good neighbourliness.

According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty emphasized that the security of the UAE is an integral part of the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He reiterated Bahrain's full solidarity with the UAE and expressed support for all measures taken to protect the UAE's sovereignty, security, stability, and national assets. His Majesty also conveyed his sincere wishes for the swift recovery of those injured in the attacks.

The call further included discussions on the longstanding relations between Bahrain and the UAE, along with the latest regional and international developments.
