Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (59) of 2025, appointing an Undersecretary at the Ministry of Oil and Environment. The decree follows a proposal by the Minister of Oil and Environment and subsequent approval by the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Ezz Ahmed Al Mannai, who currently serves as the Director of Policies and Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Oil and Environment, has been appointed as the new Undersecretary. This decision is outlined in Article I of the decree.
Article II mandates the Minister of Oil and Environment to implement the decree, which will come into effect immediately upon issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
