HM King Appoints New Deputy CEO at General Sports Authority

Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (52) of 2025, appointing a Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the General Sports Authority. This decision was made based on a proposal by the President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and was subsequently approved by the Cabinet.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Article I of the decree appoints Dana Mohammed Ahmed Mudhafar, who previously held the position of Deputy CEO for Facilities and Projects at the General Sports Authority, as the new Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the General Sports Authority.

Article II of the decree mandates the President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports to implement the provisions of this decree. The decree is effective immediately upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
