Manama: Her Highness Shaikha Sheema bint Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Head of Humanitarian Voluntary Initiatives at the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, took part in preparing over 400 Iftar meals at the Foundation’s Netaj Khair Al Bahrain headquarters. This effort was part of the ‘Iftar Saem’ initiative organized by Netaj.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikha Sheema bint Nasser also contributed by setting up the Iftar table for residents of one of the shelters. She joined them for Iftar, promoting social solidarity and compassion during the holy month of Ramadan.
Additionally, Shaikha Sheema bint Nasser presented gifts to the children at the shelter. This gesture was aimed at bringing joy and sharing the Ramadan spirit with them, underscoring the humanitarian concern for children and families in the shelter.
The event was attended by Ibrahim Dalhan Al Dosari, Acting Secretary General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, alongside the voluntary humanitarian initiatives team.
