Manama: His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bapco Energies, expressed his sincere condolences on the passing of Bahraini employee Hossam Ahmed Abouelkher, who passed away due to injuries sustained in the incident that occurred at Bapco Refining on May 2.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad extended his deepest condolences to the family of the deceased. He affirmed full support for those affected and highlighted the importance of the ongoing independent investigation to identify the root causes and enhance safety across all operations. He reiterated that the safety of employees, contractors, and the community remains a top priority, as employees are the company's foundation.
