HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Commends Royal Endurance Team’s Win in France’s Florac Endurance Ride

Manama: His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, commended the team's victory, represented by Victorious Team, in taking first place at the Florac Endurance Ride in France.

According to Bahrain News Agency, rider Salman Isa secured first place in the 120km open race, outperforming many European and Gulf riders. Rider Jaber Bader also took first place in the youth and juniors category, ahead of his European competitors.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad said that the Royal Endurance Team always advances its position in Europe by achieving top places in various championships. His Highness noted that the team has a group of outstanding riders who have achieved many successes recently, and that the team always aims for more achievements that reflect the progress of Bahraini endurance racing internationally.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad noted that this victory is part of the team's plan to prepare riders and horses for upcoming world championships, especially the Youth World Championship to be held in September. His Highness added that the achievement of the horse Filbert with rider Salman Isa is part of identifying horses with strong potential for world championships. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad said these achievements will motivate the team to win more races, especially as they will take part in several European competitions in the coming period.
