HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Attends Ceremony Honouring 653 High-Achieving Students

Manama: His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), attended the 21st ceremony honouring 653 students from various educational stages who achieved a grade of 95% or above during the 2024/2025 academic year. The ceremony also honoured 26 graduates who received bachelor's degrees through Foundation scholarships.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was attended by Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education; Shaikh Adnan bin Abdullah Al Qattan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the RHF; Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the RHF, and Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the RHF.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad emphasized the care provided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Honorary President of the RHF, for the Foundation's beneficiaries as a fundamental pillar in building the nation's future. This care aims to raise intellectual and educational standards, reflecting His Majesty's commitment to broadening knowledge and strengthening students' ability to support national progress.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad commended the support the RHF receives from the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, through various plans, programmes, and ongoing support for students. He noted that outstanding students are the nation's foundation and key to its progress, expressing pride in their ability to lead the future and develop the country with skill and dedication.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad also praised the Ministry of Education for offering programmes and curricula that enhance students' sense of belonging to the nation and refine their characters, enabling them to be active contributors to the country's advancement.

Dr. Juma expressed gratitude to His Majesty the King for the patronage of education and support for outstanding students, noting His Majesty's commitment to investing in Bahrain's youth. He highlighted the inspiring leadership of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad and the RHF's mission to serve humanity and promote knowledge.

Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa expressed appreciation for His Majesty the King's commitment to humanitarian efforts and the development of RHF. He also commended HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad for supporting the educational journey of the Foundation's students and encouraging their excellence.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad honoured students who won the "Leadership and Excellence" award and outstanding primary school students who achieved a grade of 95% or above. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of a commemorative gift to the Minister of Education.
