Manama: His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King's Special Representative, received poet Ali Abdullah Khalifa. HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak congratulated him on being awarded the 2024 COLAPESCE Award for Creative Excellence in Global Cultural Achievement from the University of Messina.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak highlighted the importance of Ali Abdullah Khalifa's research efforts and his poetic works that reflect the identity and traditions of Bahraini society.
