Manama: His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, has issued Edict (17) of 2025, which concerns the appointment of the Board of Directors for the Bahrain Paralympic Committee.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the newly appointed Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 term will be chaired by Shaikh Sultan bin Duaij bin Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa. The board members include Ali Mohammed Haji Hussain, Jassim Jamal Jassim Mohammed Ibrahim Bardoli, Ahmed Khalid Ali Al Araifi, Shaikha Hamdi Ibrahim Al Shaiba, Shaikha Fatima Salman Abdulwahab Saqr Al Khalifa, Shaikh Ahmed bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Abdulla Adel Jassim Mohammed Al Awad Al Dosari, and Mai Yaqoob Yousif Al Khaal.
