HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman Attends Fifth Race of 2025-2026 Season at REHC

Al raffah: His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court and Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club's (REHC) High Committee, attended the fifth race of the 2025-2026 season at the club's racecourse in Al Raffah, Sakhir. The event was a significant gathering that featured nine rounds of competitive racing, held in conjunction with the Arabian Horse Institution for Equestrian and Veterinary Services cups.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the event saw participation from several dignitaries, including Their Highnesses, representatives of the Arabian Horse Institution, and a vast array of spectators. The Arabian Horse Institution served as the official sponsor for the event, underscoring its commitment to promoting equestrian sports and veterinary services in the region.

The highlight of the occasion was the victory of Cracksking, the Al Adiyat Racing horse, which triumphed in the eighth round. Following this victory, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman received the REHC Cup from Yusuf Osama Buheji, the Chief Executive Officer of REHC.

In addition to the main race, winners of the Arabian Horse Institution cups were celebrated. Hassan Al Madhoob, Chief Executive Officer of the Arabian Horse Institution for Equestrian and Veterinary Services, awarded the first-round trophy to the winning trainer, Adel Abdulla. Meanwhile, Sanjay Reddy, Regional Manager for the Middle East, Turkey, and India at Red Mills Group, presented the third-round trophy to the winning owner, Abdulla Sami Nass.

Furthermore, HH Shaikh Nooh bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa was honored with the fifth-round trophy by John Connolly, Chief Operating Officer at Red Mills Group. The event marked the beginning of a two-day programme, with the second day of races planned for Friday, November 28. Thursday's schedule featured competitions across all nine rounds, setting the stage for more thrilling races.
