Doha: HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, and HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman held official talks at the Amiri Diwan in Doha.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the two sides reviewed the close relations between the two countries and means to strengthen and develop them at various levels. They also exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest.
HH the Amir highlighted the deep-rooted historical relations between the State of Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman and reiterated Qatar's commitment to further strengthening cooperation and partnership in a manner that fulfils the aspirations of the two peoples and serves their shared interests.
HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq emphasised the Sultanate of Oman's commitment to strengthening cooperation and coordination between the two countries, further consolidating their longstanding relations and opening broader prospects for cooperation across various domains.
