Manama: In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Dr. Jalila bint Al Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, participated in Tree Week activities by planting trees at the Ministry of Health headquarters.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative supports Bahrain's national afforestation plan, which aims to plant 3.6 million trees by 2035. This effort is part of the Kingdom's broader vision to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.
