Manama: Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayyid Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, received Dr. Eman Matar, President of the Bahrain Physical Therapy Association (BPTA). The meeting focused on the association's pivotal role in improving professional practices and enhancing the efficiency of national cadres in the field of physiotherapy.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister highlighted the significant contributions of the BPTA in raising health awareness and developing specialised skills in alignment with the latest internationally recognised scientific standards. Dr. Hassan emphasized the ministry's commitment to strengthening cooperation with specialised health societies, considering them as vital partners in the efforts to develop the health system and achieve the goal of providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to both citizens and residents.
Dr. Eman Matar expressed gratitude to the minister for her continuous support of the health sector.
