Manama: Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayed Jawad Hasan, Minister of Health, recently engaged with Abdulghaffar Abdulrahim Al Kooheji, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al Kooheji Charitable Foundation, and Abdulrahim Abdulhamid Al Kooheji, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Mariam Athbi Al Jalahma, Chief Executive Officer of the Government Hospitals Administration.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister emphasized the critical role of community partnerships in bolstering healthcare projects. These collaborations aim to enhance the quality and efficiency of health services while addressing the needs of the community. She praised the Al Kooheji Charitable Foundation for its significant contributions towards the development of health services and its commitment to initiatives that benefit society.
During the meeting, Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayed was updated on the progress of the Kooheji Medical Complex project at Salmaniya Medical Complex. This project is an extension of the existing complex and includes specialized clinics, inpatient rooms, emergency and surgical services, and advanced medical facilities. The initiative is expected to improve patient comfort and elevate healthcare service delivery to high standards.
