Manama: Dr. Jalila bint Al Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, received Dr. Amer Ibrahim Al Derazi, President of Bahrain Medical Society, and its members. The Health Minister highlighted the significance of Bahraini doctors as a core element in advancing and sustaining the health system.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the contributions of medical staff are crucial in reaching significant goals and achievements that bolster national development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Dr. Jalila noted the association's vital role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of health services in Bahrain. She stressed the importance of maintaining strong partnerships to implement development programs that empower national medical staff and support the health system. She also extended her congratulations to the new board, wishing them success for the betterment of the health sector.
Dr. Al Derazi, on behalf of the Society, expressed gratitude to the minister and reiterated the Society's commitment to strengthening partnerships with the Ministry of Health to enhance the Kingdom's health sector and fulfill its objectives.
