Head of Bahrain’s Hajj Mission meets with GCC Hajj delegation leaders

Shaikh Adnan Mohammed Al Qattan, Head of Bahrain’s Hajj Mission, participated in the annual meeting between the heads of Hajj delegations from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Shaikh Adnan Al Qattan praised the support provided to the Bahrain Hajj Mission by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the continuous follow up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Shaikh Al Qattan commended the distinguished services offered by Saudi Arabia under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and supported by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He highlighted the role of the Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. He affirmed Bahrain’s ongoing cooperation with Saudi Arabia to ensure a successful and safe Hajj season every year.

During the meeting, which was attended by Musa Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Bahrain’s Consul General in Jeddah, the GCC Hajj dele
gations thanked Saudi Arabia for its efforts in providing facilities for the pilgrims.

He emphasised that these meetings are a reflection of long standing relations, adding that they were an opportunity for the exchange of expertise and best practices to ensure the best services for GCC pilgrims.
