Kuwait city: Dr. Mariam Athbi Al Jalahma, CEO of the Government Hospitals Administration, participated in the 2nd Authority for Medical Responsibility (AMR) held in Kuwait.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was attended by a group of international speakers from the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Dr. Al Jalahma reviewed Bahrain's healthcare framework, highlighting the role of internal policies and procedures in government hospitals for managing different cases. She also emphasized the coordination with the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) and the legal frameworks in place to strengthen patient protection and support medical teams, in line with approved international standards.
