Manama: Gold rose for a third straight session on Wednesday. Spot gold was up 1.4% at $4,133.83 per ounce by 0455 GMT, reaching a two-week high. U.S. gold futures increased by 1% to $4,191.90. According to Bahrain News Agency, spot silver gained 2% to $60.70 per ounce, and platinum was up 1% to $1,751.03, after hitting its highest level since mid-June earlier. Palladium rose 0.5% to $1,360.25, after reaching a two-month peak.
