GCC Secretary-General Reviews Agenda for Upcoming Ministerial Council Session in Bahrain

Manama: Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held an internal preparatory meeting with senior officials at the GCC General Secretariat ahead of the 168th meeting of the GCC Ministerial Council, which is scheduled to be held in September in Bahrain.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting reviewed the agenda items that will be discussed at the ministerial meeting. These items include joint Gulf action, regional and international issues, and the progress in implementing joint GCC initiatives and projects. The focus is on promoting development and prosperity, as well as strengthening security and stability for GCC member states and their peoples.
