Manama: Jasem Mohammed Al Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held a meeting with senior officials to review the outcomes of the 19th Consultative Meeting of the Supreme Council of the leaders of the GCC states.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on mechanisms for follow-up and implementation with relevant authorities in member states and the General Secretariat. The discussions aimed to ensure that the decisions made during the consultative meeting are effectively carried out across the region.
The Secretary-General emphasized that the directives from the GCC leaders highlighted the necessity of expediting and advancing several joint Gulf projects. These projects are seen as crucial for bolstering the economies of the member states and enhancing their capacity to tackle various challenges.
