The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jassem Al-Budaiwi and the Minister of Social Development in Oman Dr. Laila Al-Najjar discussed on Tuesday variety of issues mainly women's affairs.
During the meeting, held in Muscat, Al-Budaiwi praised the role of the Omani women and their accomplishments in the development and prosperity of their country.
He commended Oman's efforts in the field of women empowerment and supporting them attaining higher job ranks.
They also exchanged views on the most important joint Gulf issues related to women and social development.
