Munich: Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with Amy Pope, Director General of the International Organisation for Migration, on the sidelines of his participation in the 61st Munich Security Conference. The meeting discussed developments in the region.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Secretary General affirmed the GCC's commitment to supporting international efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering of those affected by wars and crises. He emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination with relevant actors to ensure that aid reaches those in need effectively.
