Manama: The Gadeha "Up to the Challenge" Junior Training Camp held the graduation ceremony for its first batch at Exhibition World Bahrain, with a large attendance of parents and families of participants.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the first batch comprised 500 participants out of 2,000 enrolled in the camp. The ceremony marked the completion of several days of training, learning, and challenges aimed at developing participants' skills and instilling key values.
The camp is being held under the directives of Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, as part of His Highness's commitment to investing in the development of Bahrain's youth.
Abdullah Sinan, a participant, delivered a speech on behalf of his fellow participants, expressing pride in taking part in Gadeha Junior. He noted that the experience taught participants the importance of discipline, commitment, teamwork, and responsibility, while providing them with opportunities to gain new experiences.
Sinan expressed appreciation for the support extended to Bahrain's youth by the Kingdom's leadership and for HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad's directives to organise the camp and provide young participants with this opportunity.
All participants received certificates for completing the camp in the presence of Ahmed Al Shaikh, Chairman of the Organising Committee, and Major Ghali Saad Ghali, Head Trainer.
The ceremony also featured the Kingdom of Bahrain's national anthem and the military chant, reflecting the values promoted by the camp, particularly national identity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
