Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a telephone call with Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman. The two ministers discussed the latest regional developments, particularly the continued Iranian attacks against the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ministers reviewed regional and international efforts to preserve regional security and stability. They affirmed the importance of continued bilateral coordination to strengthen joint GCC cooperation and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
