Foreign Ministers Express Solidarity with Bahrain Amid Iranian Missile Attacks

Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received telephone calls today from numerous foreign ministers who expressed their solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and condemned the Iranian missile attacks targeting the nation. These attacks have drawn widespread international attention due to their impact on several civilian sites, including the city of Sitra and the capital, Manama, resulting in casualties and significant damage.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Zayani was contacted by Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait; and Paulo Rangel, Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of the Portuguese Republic. These discussions highlighted the ministers' condemnation of the missile attacks and their wishes for Bahrain's continued security, stability, and peace.

Dr. Al Zayani expressed sincere gratitude for the solidarity shown by these nations and their condemnation of the Iranian missile attacks, which tragically targeted civilian areas leading to fatalities and significant injuries. He further appreciated their support for Bahrain's measures to protect its national security and wished their countries enduring security and peace.
