The conversation primarily revolved around the longstanding ties and cooperative relations between Bahrain and the Philippines, with discussions on how to further strengthen these connections across various fields to align with the aspirations of both nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the dialogue also encompassed potential avenues for enhancing cooperation and joint coordination between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) during Bahrain's current chairmanship of the GCC and the Philippines' leadership of ASEAN. This collaboration is aimed at advancing shared interests in areas of mutual concern for both regions.
