Geneva: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Dr. Abdullah Khaleel, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, on the sidelines of the 58th session of the UN Human Rights Council. The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring avenues for cooperation in various sectors for mutual benefit.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ministers also exchanged views on current regional and international developments of common interest. The discussion aimed at aligning their perspectives on issues affecting both nations and enhancing diplomatic ties.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Abdulla Abdullatif Abdulla, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations Office in Geneva, underscoring the importance of the dialogue between the two foreign ministers in the context of international diplomacy.
