Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Mamadou Sow, Head of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The meeting focused on reviewing the cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the ICRC, as well as discussing ways to enhance coordination in humanitarian fields.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions also covered regional developments and ongoing international efforts to address humanitarian challenges in the region. Both parties exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest, aiming to strengthen their collaborative efforts.
The meeting was attended by Hatim Abdulhameed Hatim, Head of the Organisations Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, highlighting the importance of high-level engagement in fostering international humanitarian cooperation.
