Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a phone call from Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptians Abroad of Egypt. During the call, the two sides discussed the strong Bahraini-Egyptian relations and ways to enhance cooperation across various fields.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ministers also touched on the latest regional developments, their implications for the security and stability of the region, and the means of enhancing joint cooperation and coordination in addressing current challenges. This dialogue aims to support the advancement of joint Arab action, especially in light of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s presidency of the current session of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), the Arab League Council at the ministerial level, and its non-permanent membership of the United Nations Security Council.
