Firefighters at the Civil Defense Department (CDD) in central Amman put out a fire that broke out in an apartment near the Fifth Circle in the capital, injuring five people.
Media spokesperson for the Public Security Department said that the CDD rescue crews took the injured to nearby hospitals to receive the necessary treatment, adding that they are in fair condition.
