A limited fire that broke out at noon on Saturday at a storage facility in Al-Zour refinery has been doused.
Official spokesperson of Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC), Ali Al-Ajmi, in a statement to KUNA, expressed gratitude to squads of Kuwait Fire Force for their speedy and effective response, backing KIPIC personnel in containing the blaze rapidly.
He confirmed that the flames caused no damage or injuries.
The fire did not affect production and exportation operations at the refinery, Al-Ajmi affirmed.
