Dubai: Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, met with Bui Thanh Son, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, during the World Government Summit 2025 in Dubai. He emphasized the continuous growth of Bahrain-Vietnam relations across various sectors and underscored the importance of further developing cooperation and coordination for mutual benefit.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa highlighted Bahrain's commitment to enhancing economic and investment cooperation and exchanging expertise with Vietnam to achieve common goals. The meeting focused on means to enhance financial and economic cooperation, discussions on areas of mutual interest, and the latest global economic developments.
The meeting was attended by Noor bint Ali AlKhulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of the Economic Development Board; Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce; Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Bahrain's Ambassador to the UAE; and Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company.
