Salman City:Eskan Bank has entered into an agreement with First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company to market and sell housing units within the Hai Al Sahil project.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the partnership was formalized during the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition 2026. This initiative is part of the Government Land Development Programme, which is focused on increasing the availability of housing units for citizens.
The Hai Al Sahil project, developed by First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company, includes 44 housing units. It is one of three new projects in Salman City, collectively offering 137 housing units and being implemented by different real estate developers.
These projects are designed to enhance public-private partnerships in social housing, supporting the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning's mission to broaden housing options for citizens.
