Erdogan calls for continued pressure on Israel to end injustice in Gaza

Istanbul Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called for continued pressure on Israel until its injustice in the Gaza Strip ends.

The Turkish Presidency’s Communications Department stated in a statement last night that Erdogan discussed during his meeting with his Brazilian counterpart / Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva / on the sidelines of their participation in the G7 summit in Italy the bilateral relations between the two countries, the massacres committed by Israel in Gaza and ways to stop them, in addition to developments on the international level.

The Turkish President stressed during the meeting that Israel has become increasingly isolated recently, and that pressure on it must continue until the injustice ends.

The work of the 50th G7 summit, which includes the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Canada and Japan, was launched in Italy the day before yesterday, Thursday.

This is the seventh time that Italy has hosted the group summit, having hosted it for the first time in Veni
ce in 1980 and the sixth time in Taormina in 2017.
