Manama: The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Social Development held its regular meeting, chaired by Enas Mohammed Al Majed, Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development and Chair of the Committee. Al Majed underlined the importance of continuing to support initiatives that promote equal opportunities, enhance institutional performance and support the ministry's efforts to achieve its objectives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the committee also reviewed the agenda and discussed a number of topics related to strengthening the principles of equal opportunities in the workplace, in line with the ministry's approved policies and procedures.
