Manama: Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan, Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs, received members of the Bahraini Automobile Agents Association. The minister emphasised the importance of continuing to strengthen integration between the public and private sectors in supporting energy infrastructure and sustainable transport.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting reviewed efforts to expand the electric charging network and facilitate access to services for users across different areas, alongside discussions on environmentally friendly transport solutions and the development of supporting infrastructure.
The members of the Association commended the role of the Ministry of Electricity and Water Affairs in achieving Bahrain's goals of reaching carbon neutrality and enhancing sustainable transport infrastructure.
