In the first quarter of 2026, the value of real estate transactions in the emirate reached AED 252 billion, representing year on year growth of 31% in value and 6% in transaction volume. Real estate investments totaled AED 173 billion across 57,744 investments, while foreign investment rose by 26% to AED 148.35 billion.

These indicators support Dubai’s efforts to broaden its investor base and attract international capital, underpinned by an integrated framework of progressive legislation, advanced infrastructure, digital transformation, efficient procedures, and policies that promote transparency and investor protection. These efforts also align with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seek to enhance the emirate’s competitiveness and strengthen its position within the global economy.
