Manama: Abdulla Mohammed Al Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), welcomed Choi Byoung-sun, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain, to discuss potential research collaboration.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions centered around enhancing research cooperation and establishing knowledge partnerships with research institutions, study centres, and think tanks in South Korea. The aim is to promote the exchange of expertise and enrich research output between the two nations.
Ambassador Choi Byoung-sun praised Derasat for its pivotal role in supporting scientific research. He expressed optimism that this meeting would serve as a catalyst for strengthening research cooperation between Derasat and South Korean think tanks, ultimately benefiting both countries.
