Gudaibiya: Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, received Tatjana Garcevic, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace this morning. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and Serbia, noting both countries' shared interest in strengthening cooperation to serve mutual interests and common goals.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah expressed Bahrain's keenness to expand cooperation with Serbia, particularly in the economic, investment, tourism, cultural, and educational sectors, to open new avenues for bilateral partnership. The meeting also reviewed the prospects of bilateral relations and means to enhance them.
On her part, Ambassador Garcevic thanked Bahrain for its commitment to strengthening ties with Serbia. She commended the steady progress of relations and the mutual understanding that characterises them, wishing Bahrain continued growth and prosperity.
