Deputy Prime Minister Engages in Strategic Discussions with Oman Foreign Minister in Riyadh.

Riyadh: Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, met with Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, in Riyadh. The meeting was held as part of his visit to the city, assigned by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to lead Bahrain's delegation at the Extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit. The summit, hosted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, addressed the ongoing Israeli aggression in Palestine and Lebanon, as well as current regional developments and their implications. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Deputy Prime Minister commended the strong and enduring Bahraini-Omani ties, emphasising their shared vision and the support of HM the King and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman. He highlighted the ongoing development in various areas that serve mutual interests and goals. Shaikh Khalid highlighted Bahrain's commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation with Oman by leveraging on each country's strengths, expanding shared initiatives, and exploring new areas of collaboration for the benefit of both nations.
