Doha: Abdullah Khaled Al Shomali, Director of Management Information at the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), participated at the first Gulf Forum on Artificial Intelligence in Civil Service, held in Qatar. Al Shomali presented a working paper in a discussion session on the key factors for successfully adopting artificial intelligence technologies in the civil service.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Shomali reviewed the experience of the CSB in adapting AI technology within the plan to develop human resources systems and procedures that the Bureau will adopt during the upcoming period. He highlighted the achievements, challenges, and future opportunities that this technology provides to raise the efficiency of government performance and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
