Manama: The Civil Service Bureau (CSB) held an introductory workshop on the Arab Government Excellence Award, in coordination with the award's General Secretariat. The session, attended by representatives from various government agencies, was led by Ebrahim Salman Al Hammadi, Executive Director of Government Performance and Excellence and the General Coordinator of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Programme (SKGEP).
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikha Rana bint Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Director General of Human Resources Development and Performance at CSB and Chairperson of the Interim Committee for Evaluating Initiatives and Experiences of Government Entities Participating in the Arab Government Excellence Award 2025, highlighted the workshop's role in raising awareness and encouraging participation in the award's fourth edition.
Shaikha Rana bint Abdulrahman described the award as the largest in the Arab world for development and administrative excellence, aimed at fostering a culture of government excellence and leadership. She further emphasized that the workshop serves as a direct communication channel between the award's General Secretariat and participants, facilitating the exchange of experiences and enhancing the Kingdom's international reputation through previous successes in the award.
