Crown Prince of Bahrain Welcomes Malaysian and Bruneian Monarchs

Manama:His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, received His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia, and His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam, along with several senior guests attending the 2026 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the event is hosted by Malaysia with the blessing of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar. The Crown Prince conveyed greetings from King Hamad to the Malaysian and Bruneian monarchs, expressing wishes for their countries' continued progress and prosperity.

The Malaysian and Bruneian leaders reciprocated with greetings and best wishes for Bahrain's continued growth and development. The Crown Prince emphasized the historic relationship between Bahrain, Malaysia, and Brunei, highlighting their multisectoral collaboration and a shared commitment to advancing mutual goals.

The Crown Prince expressed gratitude to Malaysia for its cooperation and arrangements that ensured the successful hosting of the Formula 1 event. He also acknowledged the efforts of the organizing teams involved in the race.
