Crown Prince and Prime Minister Engages in Key Meetings and Visits

Manama:HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister made significant visits and held meetings with key figures, including a visit to the Information Ministry and the National Communication Centre (NCC). According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister also met with the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Bahrain chaired the GCC Labour Undersecretaries meeting, and the 24th meeting of the GCC Ministers of Housing Affairs was also held under Bahrain's chairmanship. The Lamea project was recognized with the Arab Community Excellence Award for its contribution to empowering and developing Bahraini youth. Additionally, the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) showcased important digital services and projects at the 2nd Innovation Summit in the Social Housing Sector 2026 Exhibition. The Deputy Prime Minister presided over the 316th meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Development Projects and Infrastructure. The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) presented di gital real estate services at the Social Housing Innovation Conference. The Secretary-General of the Shura Council received a delegation from GCC legislative councils, and the Legal Ministry signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the UAE Ministry of Justice. The Royal Medical Services (RMS) celebrated cancer-recovered children at the Bahrain Oncology Centre. Meanwhile, Tamkeen launched an enhanced Digital Enablement and AI Programme. The Housing Minister welcomed GCC housing ministers attending the 24th meeting in Bahrain and also received the GCC Secretary-General. The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) signed an agreement to support the Palestinian health sector. Lastly, Bahrain participated in the 17th Annual Meeting of the Council of Arab Finance Ministers.
