Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has issued Edict (16) of 2026 to appoint a new director at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The decision follows a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has been appointed as the Director of the Real Estate Operations Directorate. He will succeed Mehnaz Ghuloom Mohammed Abulqasim in this role. The edict mandates that the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority is responsible for implementing its provisions.
The edict is effective immediately from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
