Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, received a congratulatory cable from the Commander of the National Guard, His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the National Guard.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa highlighted the development of the National Guard's combat capabilities and human resources over the past 25 years. This advancement has been achieved under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa expressed gratitude for His Royal Highness's unwavering support since the establishment of the National Guard. This support has been crucial in enhancing the readiness and competency of the National Guard, enabling them to fulfill their national duty and ensure the Kingdom's security.
In reply, His Royal Highness sent a cable of thanks to His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa, commending the efforts of the National Guard and its personnel over the past 25 years. His Royal Highness emphasized that their dedication has significantly contributed to the combat readiness and competency of the National Guard in performing their national duties and safeguarding the Kingdom's interests, in line with the directives of His Majesty the King.
His Royal Highness also extended congratulations to the National Guard Commander and its members, expressing pride in their achievements.
