Manama: Counsellor Hameed Habeeb Ahmed, Vice President of the Constitutional Court, received a delegation from the Presidency of the Public Prosecution of the Kingdom of Morocco. Counsellor Ahmed conveyed the greetings of Counsellor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, President of the Constitutional Court, commending the Bahrain-Morocco ties and their growing cooperation in the judicial domain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the delegation was briefed on the jurisdictions of the Constitutional Court and the procedures for registering constitutional cases, in addition to the most prominent judicial principles established by the Court. The delegation commended the Constitutional Court’s well-established systems and procedures in reviewing laws and regulations.
