Manama: The Constitutional Court: received officers from GCC countries participating in the 12th Judicial Foundation Course held at the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Military Judiciary.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Director of Public Relations and Media, welcomed the delegation and conveyed the greetings of Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, President of the Constitutional Court. He affirmed the court’s support for training exchanges that enhance cooperation with GCC countries and praised the programmes offered by the BDF Military Judiciary.
The visit included a briefing on the history of Bahrain’s judiciary and the establishment of the Constitutional Court building in 1937, followed by a presentation on procedures for filing constitutional cases and key principles set by the court.
The visiting officers expressed appreciation for the reception and commended the Constitutional Court’s distinguished role in upholding constitutional oversight.
