Manama:Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), convened with senior officers to discuss the state of the military's combat readiness.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Commander-in-Chief received updates on the preparedness of all branches and units within the BDF. He emphasized that due to the consistent support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the active oversight of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, the BDF maintains high levels of readiness and is equipped with advanced weaponry and defense systems.
Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed assured that with the backing of His Majesty the King and the vigilance of the BDF personnel, the force remains ready to confront any threats to the Kingdom of Bahrain. He praised the BDF personnel for their national service, highlighting their dedication and commitment as a source of pride for the Kingdom. He extended his wishes for their continued success and resilience in fulfilling their military duties and safeguarding the nation.
