Manama: Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Fahad Mohammed Salem Kardous Al Ameri, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Financial and Technical Affairs Advisor at the General Command of the BDF. The Commander-in-Chief praised the strong ties between Bahrain and the UAE, which have been cultivated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Highness Shaikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
